Privacy Policy
Nestwell, LLC (“Nestwell,” “we,” “us”) runs trynestwell.com, where people can join a waitlist for home cleaning in Denver, Colorado. This policy says what we collect, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do. We have tried to keep it plain.
Mobile numbers. We use a mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to. We do not sell it, and we do not share it or your text messaging opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
What we collect
When you join our waitlist, you give us:
- your email address, and your name if you enter it;
- your ZIP code and a few answers about what you are looking for (for customers, the size of your home and how often you might want a clean; for cleaners, experience, transport and availability);
- your mobile number, only if you choose to give it, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
We also record the wording you agreed to and when, so we can show what you saw. Like most sites, our hosting provider logs basic technical details such as your IP address and browser when you visit. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not follow you from site to site.
How we use it
- To tell you when Nestwell opens in your area, and to confirm you are on the list.
- To text you, if you opted in, about the launch, your place on the waitlist, or (for cleaners) work near you.
- To decide where to open first and how many cleaners we need.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you tick the text-message box, you agree to receive texts from Nestwell, LLC at the number you gave us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of joining the waitlist. More detail is in our Terms.
Who helps us run this
We use service providers who handle information only to do work for us: a hosting provider (Vercel), a database provider (Supabase), an email provider (Resend) and a text-messaging provider (Twilio). When the Nestwell apps open, we expect to add a payment processor (Stripe), a mapping provider (Mapbox) and a background-check provider for cleaners (Turn), and we will update this policy to say so. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect people’s safety or our rights.
When the apps open
Booking and working through Nestwell will involve more information: account details, home addresses and access instructions, payment details (handled by our payment processor, not stored by us), a cleaner’s location while they are on the way to a job, photos taken during a clean, and messages between customers and cleaners. We will update this policy before we collect any of it, and tell you what changed.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until we have finished opening your area, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner. We may keep a minimal record of an opt-out so we do not contact you again.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from email with the link in any message.
- Stop texts by replying STOP.
- Ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to support@trynestwell.com. If you live in a state with a privacy law, such as Colorado, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
Children
Nestwell is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls on our database. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for significant changes we will tell you directly.
