A Move In / Move Out already includes the fridge, the oven, the cabinets and the garage, so those four aren’t offered for it. The fridge & freezer reset already cleans the fridge shelves, so you don’t need to add inside the fridge with it.

Paying, cancelling and tipping.
Paying
- You pay by card, in the app.
- We place a hold on your card when a Pro accepts your booking.
- You’re charged after the clean is done.
- If no Pro takes your job, you’re not charged.
Changing or cancelling
- Change the time or cancel free until 12 hours before the start.
- Inside 12 hours, if a Pro has accepted, a $25 fee applies. It goes to your Pro.
- If your Pro cancels, you’re never charged, and we’ll look for another.
- Open your booking and tap Change time or Cancel booking.
Tipping
- Optional, and never expected.
- Add a tip in the app after the clean, with or without a rating.
- Tips go to your Pro in full. Cash is fine too.
Questions
About the money.
Is the price in the app an estimate?
No. The estimator on this page gives an estimate; the app gives the price. It comes from your home’s bedrooms and bathrooms, the kind of clean and the extras you chose, and you see it in full before you confirm. It doesn’t change after the clean.
When am I charged?
You pay by card. A hold goes on your card when a Pro accepts your booking, and you’re charged when the job is done. If no Pro takes your job, you’re not charged.
Is there a fee for cancelling?
Change the time or cancel free until 12 hours before the start. Inside 12 hours, if a Pro has accepted, a $25 fee applies. It goes to your Pro. If your Pro cancels, you’re never charged.
What do 2 Pros cost?
For a clean, the same as 1: you can choose 2 Pros for a booked time, the work is shared and the clean takes about half as long. Extras are done once, not twice. For moving help, each Pro’s time is priced.
Is tax added?
Not in Denver today. If that changes, it’s shown on the screen before you confirm, never after.
Do tips go to the Pro?
Yes, in full. Tipping is optional and you can add one in the app after the job.
