Background checks
Checked before the first job
Every Pro passes a background check before they take their first job.
A background check first
Run by a consumer reporting agency, with the Pro’s written permission. A Pro takes their first job only after it has cleared.
A confirmed name and number
Every application carries the Pro’s name, email and phone, each confirmed by code.

Nestwell is based in Denver, and Denver is our first city.

You’ll know who’s coming
Once a Pro accepts, you see their first name, photo and rating. On the day, when they share their location, follow them on the map until they arrive.
Liked them? Ask for them again next time.

Your details stay yours
Your Pro sees what the job needs, when the job needs it.
Phone numbers stay private
Messages go through the app. Neither you nor your Pro sees the other’s number.
Your address, only to your Pro
Your address is shown only to the Pro assigned to your booking. Nobody browsing Nestwell sees it.
Notes about your home
What you tell us about your home, like pets or a note for your Pro, reaches the Pro on the job and no one else.

Add an authenticator app in Settings and every sign-in asks for a code from your phone as well.
Security emails that say where
Every sign-in email shows the city, the device and the time of the request, so you can see it was you.

You choose the jobs you take
Every offer shows you the job before you accept, and your details stay yours too.
See the home first
Every offer shows the home’s details and whether there are pets before you accept.
Decline any job
Turn down any offer. It doesn’t count against you.
Your number stays private
Customers message you in the app. They don’t see your phone number.

Tap Support in the app, on any job. Replies come by email.
