Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of trynestwell.com and the text messages and emails we send from it. By using the site you agree to them. The terms for booking or performing cleaning work will be set out separately when the Nestwell apps open.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist tells us you are interested. It is not a booking, a job offer or a promise that Nestwell will be available in your area by any particular date. We may change or stop the waitlist at any time.
Text message program
Program: Nestwell waitlist and launch updates (and, for cleaners, work updates), sent by Nestwell, LLC.
What you will get: a small number of messages, such as a confirmation of your waitlist spot, a notice when Nestwell opens in your area, or news of cleaning work near you for cleaners who opted in. Message frequency varies.
Cost: Nestwell does not charge for texts. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. We will confirm and send no more messages.

Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of joining the waitlist or of any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your opt-in with third parties for their marketing; see our Privacy Policy.
Using the site
- Give us accurate information, and only a mobile number you are entitled to use.
- Do not misuse the site: no spam, scraping, interfering with it, or trying to get into places you should not.
- We may block anyone who does.
Our content
The Nestwell name, logo, text and photographs belong to Nestwell, LLC or its licensors. You may view the site for your own use, but may not copy or reuse it without our permission.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site and, for anything else, our total liability is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the update.
