Denver launch bonuses
There is a launch bonus for each kind of work on Nestwell in Denver. Complete the number of jobs in the table for a kind of work, within 45 days of your first completed job in it, and we add that bonus to your next weekly payout. One bonus per Pro per kind of work, on top of your normal pay and tips. A Pro who offers two kinds of work can earn two bonuses. It applies to successful jobs only: a job the customer reported, where the report was upheld, does not count.
The bonuses
| Kind of work | Bonus | After | Within |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cleaning | $250 | 10 completed jobs | 45 days of your first |
| Assembly & mounting | $200 | 15 completed jobs | 45 days of your first |
| Yard & snow | $150 | 15 completed jobs | 45 days of your first |
| Windows & pressure washing | $200 | 10 completed jobs | 45 days of your first |
| Dog walking | $100 | 25 completed walks | 45 days of your first |
| Organizing & moving help | $250 | 10 completed jobs | 45 days of your first |
A kind of work is a group of services as the Services page lists them. A job counts toward the bonus of the kind of work its service belongs to: a dog walk counts toward Dog walking, a deep clean toward Cleaning. A job never counts toward two bonuses.
Who it is for
- Pros approved to take jobs through Nestwell in the Denver, Colorado service area.
- One bonus per person for each kind of work. A second account does not earn a second bonus.
What counts
- A job counts when it is marked completed in the Pro app, the checklist was done, and the customer did not report a problem with it. A job counts as successful when no report was made, or a report was reviewed and closed in your favour.
- A job does not count while a customer report about it is open, and never counts if the report is upheld: a refund, an account credit or a repeat visit given to the customer because of it. That is true even if the report comes in after the last job needed for the bonus.
- On a booking for two Pros, your part counts as one job for each of you.
- Jobs you cancel, or that are cancelled by the customer, do not count. A job the customer cancelled late, where you receive the late-cancellation fee, does not count either.
- The window for a kind of work opens on the day your first job in it is completed and runs 45 days. Jobs completed after that day do not count toward that bonus. Each kind of work has its own window.
- Nestwell decides in good faith whether a job counts, using the record of the job in the apps: the checklist, the customer’s rating and any report.
How it is paid
- The bonus is added to the first weekly payout after the last qualifying job for that kind of work, to the payout account on your Nestwell profile.
- If a customer report is open on one of your jobs when the bonus would be due, the bonus waits until the report is closed. If it is closed in your favour, the bonus goes out with the next weekly payout.
- It is paid in addition to your job pay and tips, and it is income like the rest of your earnings. You are responsible for your own taxes on it.
- If your account is suspended, deactivated or blocked before a bonus is paid, it is not paid.
Changes
- These are launch offers for Denver. Nestwell may change or end any of them for new sign-ups with notice on this page, and may open a kind of work’s bonus later than another’s. If you have already completed your first job in a kind of work, the terms on this page on that day apply to you for that bonus.
- If a job is found to have been recorded without the work being done, if a customer’s report on one of the jobs is upheld after the bonus was paid, or if a bonus was earned through more than one account or a booking made to count toward it, the job does not count, and Nestwell may recover the bonus from your next payouts.
