How will booking work?
When we open, create an account and add your home. For a clean, add the bedrooms and bathrooms. Choose a service, tell us what you need and pick a time. You’ll see the full price before you confirm. A hold goes on your card when a Pro accepts, and you’re charged when the job is done.
How is the price worked out?
Each kind of clean has a base price plus an amount per bedroom and per bathroom. Extras are a fixed price each. A same-day clean costs more. You see the price before you confirm, and that number is what you pay, plus any tip you add.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
Change the time or cancel free until 12 hours before the start. Inside 12 hours, if a Pro has accepted, a $25 fee applies. It goes to your Pro. Open the booking and tap Change time or Cancel booking. If your Pro cancels, you’re never charged.
Are Pros background checked?
Yes. Every Pro completes a background check, run by a consumer reporting agency with their written permission, before they can accept jobs.
What if something isn’t right?
Open the booking within 24 hours of the job finishing, choose Something not right and say what was missed. Our team reviews it with the clean’s checklist. Where the work fell short, the outcome can be a redo, a credit or a refund, decided case by case. The full wording is in our Terms.
What if my Pro cancels?
We tell you straight away. If there’s time, your booking is offered to other Pros and you get a message when one accepts. If there isn’t, book another time or message support. If a Pro hasn’t arrived 2 hours after the start, the booking is cancelled and we tell you. You’re never charged for a job your Pro cancelled.
