Good to know
- Your cleaner brings their own supplies and equipment. Add a note to your home for allergies or products to avoid.
- Be home to let your cleaner in. Secure pets, and put away cash, jewelry and anything irreplaceable.
- An empty-home clean: book it after the furniture is out, so cabinets, closets and appliances are empty.
- Dishes: “wash the dishes in the sink” is on every checklist.

If a clean falls short
Tell us in the app within 24 hours of the clean finishing. Our team reviews it with the clean’s checklist. Where the work fell short, the outcome can be a redo, a credit or a refund, decided case by case. The full terms.

At the launch prices for Denver, booked ahead, no extras. When we open, you’ll see your exact price once you add your home. Same-day costs more, and you see that price before you confirm.
